Shipping and Delivery : Shipping Policy
We ship throughout India and take great care in getting your products to you. In case the product is bought for digital use like the courses offered by Naturixmaa, it will be provided only in the registered Email id.
Our shipping charges are subject to change based on your location and payment method.
Depending on the shipping location, it takes 3-6 business days to receive the order after it is dispatched.
After the order has been delivered, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking ID and link. You can use the ID to track your order by clicking on the link that was emailed to you. This link will tell you the estimated time of arrival for your order and its current shipping status
We are not liable for any delays caused by natural disasters or unforeseen situations.
To return the product, you should mail your product to: 211, Santorini Square, Opp Star Bazaar, Near Sky Blue Stationary Mart, Satellite, Ahmedabad – 380015.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. It is advisable to use trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Exchange/Replacement will be offered only when we receive the original product back.

- No Cancel Request will be Entertained, If Customers Forget to Add Discount Coupon Code/Gift Card. Please Check out all details before Ordering Carefully.
