Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy: 

Our policy lasts 48 Working Hours. If 48 hours have gone by since your product was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

Return will only be accepted in case the product delivered is Damaged, Defective & Wrong Product Delivered. It must also be returned in the Original Packaging and Condition. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds* are granted: (if applicable)

  • * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Non Returnable Items – There are certain products which are not returnable like Gift Cards or Open Cosmetics Products. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds Policy (if applicable)

We at Naturixmaa work towards offering to you the best products and will be happy to assist you with all your eligible returns and replacements.

We only accept returns or replacements if and when you have received the wrong/missing product, you have received a damaged product (physical damage or tampered product) or if you have received an expired product.

Open or used products, or products without the original packaging will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Returns and Exchange are only eligible if the concern is raised within 2 days of delivery. After which please give our team 24 hours to respond to your concern. Once the eligibility of the product has been approved our team will work with you to get your concern fixed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed in the form of a Credit Note. You can use the same amount of Credit Note in your future purchases. 

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send the item back to us at the address – 211, Santorini Square, Opp Star Bazaar, Near Sky Blue Stationary Mart, Satellite, Ahmedabad – 380015. In the case of Exchange, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of Replacement/exchange/rejection of replacement/rejection of exchange of the product. If the replacement/exchange is approved we will dispatch the item to the same address. 

Order Update Policy: You can update order items within 48 hours from the time of order placed. After 48 hours no order update request will be entertained. 

Note : If a customer refuses to accept a shipment, we reserve the right to deduct applicable shipping charges from the refund. This deduction covers the cost of shipping and handling incurred for the initial delivery attempt.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
