Return Policy (if applicable)
Our policy lasts 48 Working Hours. If 48 hours have gone by since your product was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
Return will only be accepted in case the product delivered is Damaged, Defective & Wrong Product Delivered. It must also be returned in the Original Packaging and Condition.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds* are granted: (if applicable)
- * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Non Returnable Items – There are certain products which are not returnable like Gift Card or Open Cosmetics Products. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds Policy (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you’re return is approved, then your refund will be processed in the form of Credit Note. You can use the same amount of Credit Note in your future purchases.
- Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send the item back to us at the address – 211, Santorini Square, Opp Star Bazaar, Near Sky Blue Stationary Mart, Satellite, Ahmedabad – 380015. In case of Exchange, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of Replacement/exchange/rejection of replacement/rejection of exchange of the product. If the replacement/exchange is approved we will dispatch the item to the same address.
- Order Update Policy: You can update order item within 18 hours from the time of order placed. After 18 hoursno order update request will be entertain.
- If a customer refuses to accept a shipment, we reserve the right to deduct applicable shipping charges from the refund. This deduction covers the cost of shipping and handling incurred for the initial delivery attempt.
Sale items (if applicable)
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
- To return the product, you should mail your product to: 211, Santorini Square, Opp Star Bazaar, Near Sky Blue Stationary Mart, Satellite, Ahmedabad – 380015.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. It is advisable to use trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Exchange/Replacement will be offered only when we receive the original product back.
Order Cancellation Policy:
- No Cancel Request will be Entertain, If Customer Forget to Add Discount Coupon Code/Gift Card. Please Check out all details before Ordering Carefully.
